Capilé Cordial Syrup is available in 700ml glass bottles, enough for 6.3 litres refreshment (dilute one part cordial syrup in eight of water). A single bottle allows for 25 cups of refreshment. But try as a syrup for ice cream, yogurt or pancakes as well. Delicious all year long!

Quiosque de Refresco (refreshment kiosks) and Sabores de Santa Clara have formed a perfect partnership, to create the Red Currant and "Capilé" (a traditional Portuguese recipe) Cordial Syrups, now also available in this bottled version. The only syrups produced exclusively with natural ingredients, without artificial flavouring and colours sold in the Portuguese market.

Capilé is extracted from maidenhair’s leaves, with a touch of orange blossom essence, and served with cold water, ice and lemon peel. A very old Portuguese recipe, that was included in the “Modern Cook”, a book from 1780. This syrup was updated using only natural ingredients, a lot of patience and dedication. To refresh and delight those who drink it.
